I focus on the few "red" zones in rooms that get dirty the most. This keeps the cleaning time shorter and the cost lower while still cleaning the most important areas.
I clean all red as well as green zones. These are the areas that don't collect as much dust or grease. This takes a little more time and is recommended for every few months.
This is a full 360, top to bottom cleaning of your house and usually requires two days of cleaning. I recommend this routine for only once or twice per year.
